You guys rock! I’m serious. We have started working on more and more school projects, and I can’t wait to get Whirlix involved on more of them. You’re always on top of it, and a joy to work with. So thank you!

You have a really wonderful team and my experience was exemplary. We had 15 projects this year, and David was one of the best communicators I worked with. He took time to ask detailed questions and ensure all parties were on the same page. Even though there were hiccups (as all construction projects have) he remained calm and always solutions oriented. I wish every partner was as collaborative and thoughtful as your team has been on this project. 

Thank you for your help in getting our shade problems solved.  With both shades now up, our playground equipment will last longer, and our Boys & Girls Club kids don’t have to stop playing at 10:30 a.m. when the equipment used to be hot-to-the-touch.  The shades look great, and they are perfectly sized to the playground and equipment. Thank you for all your help.

The City of Carrollton was working to build a playground in an area of our community that served lower income families.   It was part of a Community Development Grant we had been awarded so our budget was small, but we had a great location adjacent to one of our recreation centers.  I met with Greg from Whirlix and explained our vision for providing an interactive area that not only served our community, but also the pre-school classes that were offered at the recreation center.  At past conferences and in various Landscape Structure publications, I had seen the small loft houses and always wanted to incorporate those into our parks system.  We have Landscape Structure equipment in other areas of our community and they hold up very well with little maintenance so I knew they would be able to provide an economical option for us.  I explained my vision to Greg and they worked up a site plan that fit our budget (and vision) perfectly!  The installation was quick and the community has this new, amazing play space they can enjoy!

The neighbors of Stoney Hollow in Plano, TX are extremely proud of their new LSI playset, custom designed by Whirlix.

As a Stoney Hollow resident and HOA board member, I initiated the replacement of the neighborhood’s outdated playset. After gathering bids from several companies, I and my team, that consisted of other residents and board members, decided Whirlix was the company for the job. Whirlix was chosen because, of all the companies that were considered, Whirlix understood Stoney Hollow’s vision. The neighborhood was seeking a quality playset with longevity and unique play pieces. LSI offered that!

Jason Edmundson took the time to really listen and understand what the neighborhood wanted and needed: to fit as many unique play pieces as possible in a limited space, that were inclusive to all children aged 2-12, within a conservative budget. That task required LOTS of revisions. Every time we asked for Whirlix to make another change to the design, the request was gladly accepted and completed quickly. Upon completion of the final design, David Paquette communicated with me almost daily via email, phone call or text to execute the construction of the new set. These conversations gave assurance that the final project would meet the initial design. There were some snags along the way, which occurs with any major project. Whirlix made sure to fairly and promptly correct any issues that came our way.
